‘Twinning’ with the Ancient Egypt Society of Western Australia in Perth

Following on an idea of Dr Jasmine Day, committee member of AESWA and member of our facebook page, it was agreed that it would be a good idea if our 2 societies  kept in touch in some way -  being so far away from each other presented a small problem, but after consultation with Jasmine and committee, we thought one way was to exchange newsletters; I’ll forward these to members as one of the regular Egypt-related news bulletins. Jasmine has also agreed to contribute a ‘lead’ article to the October 2014, for which we thank her very much.  A photo of the committee members of the AESWA as supplied by Dr Jasmine Day – welcome to our web site and great to see you all on this  page!
